Has your dog developed a limp and you don’t know why? Do you want to snuggle your pooch at night but he can’t jump up on the bed anymore? Do you want to join dog agility but you aren’t sure whether your dog has the physical requirements to do so? Has your dog had surgery or an injury that is limiting her activities? If you have said yes to any of these questions, your dog could benefit from the services of Canine Rehab Saskatoon.
All services are provided by a licensed physical therapist with a Diploma in Canine Rehabilitation. We start with a thorough head to tail assessment of your dog, develop a treatment plan and teach you how you can assist your dog at home.
Rehabilitation (therapy) is offered to enhance or regain a dogs’ level of function whether in sport, work or daily activities.
Owner Lorna Clarke received her Diploma in Canine Rehab through the Animal Rehab Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association in August 2012. She is one of two physical therapists in Saskatchewan with this credential. Lorna has just been named team therapist for the Canadian UKI National Team competing at the World Agility Open in the Netherlands in May, 2015.
